About Amy

I passionately believe in the role we play in our own health through the mind-body connection. Sensory connection, relationships with other people and animals, spiritual connection, our interactions with nature, body movement, creative connection, are all such important elements of the human experience. I personally feel deeply connected to the Earth, her plants, her stones, her waters, and her energy. I have felt deeply connected to nature since I was a child. It has always been a source of healing for me. I believe that when we are open to this Larger Energy of Life, we receive our own unique intuitive guidance and support in endless ways. It can direct us and bring healing. 

Trained in the visual arts (drawing and painting) as well as Counseling, Coaching, Energy Psychology and Reiki healing, I have worked as a mentor, coach, counselor, freelance illustrator, painter and teacher for thirty years. I am committed to supporting and guiding others to discover and experience life passions and truths, and to help clients learn to trust in personal life choices.

I refer to my work with people as "heart-centered" because my personal coaching and teaching style has evolved as a blend of intuition and creativity with a holistic transpersonal approach. Emotionally Focused systems work, Existential and meaning-based processes, Solution Focused for change in my Counseling studies and Life Coach practice, I listen deeply for the strengths in my clients and students and provide a space for these to shine while we gently remove the obstacles or unconscious blocks that may be impeding a joyful life filled with alignment to your purpose. One of my strengths is that I am deeply intuitive and this provides another channel of information to assist you in your process.

I am a registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado, Certified Life Coach,  Practicing Visual Artist and Teacher, and Certified Reiki Practitioner.
